In order to use the pool, each qualified resident must complete and sign the attached “Pool Use Agreement” form in order to be issued an access card.  Proof of residency is REQUIRED to receive an access card.  A copy of your driver's license or other form of ID showing residency such as a copy of your utility bill, reflecting your name and address is also acceptable.

3. Card(s) will then be mailed to your home.
